Ditch project used plastic concrete formwork

This video shows the standard construction method for ditch concrete pouring using plastic steel formwork and beam clamps, simple, fast and high precision for channel and drainage ditch projects.

Step 1: Assemble and adjust the formwork height

First, assemble the plastic formwork panels according to the designed ditch depth. Adjust and fix the formwork height to ensure the overall flatness, verticality and dimension accuracy of the ditch formwork. Complete the whole ditch formwork enclosure as required before the next procedure.

Step 2: Install middle partition boards

Install fixed partition boards in the middle of the assembled formwork. The partition plates effectively support the formwork, prevent bulging and deformation during concrete pouring, and guarantee consistent internal width and regular ditch shape.

Step 3: Reinforce with two types of beam clamps

After formwork assembly and partition installation, use special beam clamps for overall reinforcement. We provide two optional fixing structures for different construction habits:

1. Screw-type beam clamp

   Fixed by tightening bolts with an electric wrench. It features firm locking, adjustable tightness, reusable performance and strong overall stability, suitable for high-standard engineering projects.

2. Pin-type quick beam clamp

   Fixed by inserting safety pins directly without tools. This type is ultra-fast to install and dismantle, greatly saves construction time and improves on-site working efficiency.

Both beam clamps perfectly cooperate with plastic formwork systems, effectively resist concrete lateral pressure, ensure no deformation, no leakage, and produce smooth finished ditch walls.
