The Zhuniu PVC Plastic I-Beam is a lightweight, high-strength formwork support beam engineered to replace traditional timber walings, timber studs and wooden H-beams in cast-in-place concrete construction.

Extruded from industrial-grade engineering PVC, its I-section profile — wide load-bearing flanges top and bottom, joined by a thinner central web — delivers exceptional bending and compressive strength while keeping self-weight low. It pairs directly with plastic formwork panels, plywood or steel formwork for walls, columns, slabs and beam sides.

Unlike timber, it does not warp, rot, absorb water or split. It holds dimensional stability across 50–80 reuses, and every off-cut at end of life is fully recyclable.
